Frequently asked questions

Who collects the contributions?

Your shop. Every contribution is a WooCommerce order paid with the payment methods you already have enabled. SPART! does not touch your revenue.

What does the organizer receive?

At closing they receive by email a single-use discount code, valid only in your shop, worth the total collected minus any per-participant deduction you chose.

Does it work with Shopify or other platforms?

No, for now only with WordPress and WooCommerce.

Can I use the license on several shops?

One license is valid for one shop. You can move it to another domain at any time from the customer area.

What happens if I don’t renew?

The /spart page stops and shared orders are no longer closed. Coupons already issued remain valid. As soon as you renew, everything starts again by itself.

How do I cancel?

From the customer area, in one click. The license stays active until the end of the year already paid.
